In this post, I’ll share my top 10 picks for the best daily digital planner apps and software available in 2023.

1. Google Calendar

Starting off with biased review!! I’ve been using it for a very long time, and don’t regret using it. First of all its free and secondly it’s very easy to understand.

UI of google calendar is incredible. Plus, it has several features. Being an android used you get a lot of advantage using this software. And undoubtedly, it’s great other than android as well. Most of my IOS user friends use google calendar to check events or schedule tasks.

Few features of google calendar include;

  1. Time zone support.
  2. Automated event reminders.
  3. Easy sharing and collaboration.
  4. Integration with other Google tools.
  5. Customizable views and colors.
  6. Mobile app for on-the-go scheduling.

Of course, not limited to.

2. Notion

Notion isn’t primarily a stand alone organization tool but it has several templates that you can use as calendar or daily planner.

You can find great productive notion templates from Thomas Frank (free as well).

Again, notion has simple user interface, you don’t necessarily need to google to find something.

The complex part about notion is finding and using templates, however simplest solution to this is just watch one stand alone tutorial on youtube.

For notion, you can find almost every type of template you need, form daily planner, weekly planner to yearly planner, etc.

This is why I love using notion.

However, I find myself in friction to choose between templates and adapting them. I use notion less.

Personally, I think every planner is the same, good UI, calendars, todo lists, task management, etc.

It all depends on you, what perfectly suites you.

In my case I found google calendar to be more impactful, because I’ve using it for a long time and I got used to it.

But that doesn’t mean I don’t try new tools. I will try these mentioned tools and write how were they.

Till then, take care๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿค
